Homes for Heroes

​At Aspen Grove Realty, we proudly support and participate in the Homes for Heroes® program. 

Established after 9/11, this nationwide initiative is dedicated to providing substantial savings to those who serve our communities and country, including firefighters, EMS, law enforcement, military (active duty, reserves, and veterans), healthcare professionals, and teachers. 

As part of this commitment, our own Kali Hinrichs serves as a Homes for Heroes affiliate. Through this affiliation, we aim to give back to our local heroes by offering significant savings when they buy, sell, or refinance a home. On average, heroes save approximately $3,000 through the program, with savings varying based on the real estate transaction. ​

Beyond individual savings, the Homes for Heroes Foundation has donated over $1.7 million in grants to heroes in need, further extending the program's impact.
