Before real estate, Heather spent years in law enforcement — learning how to read people, earn trust fast, and show up when it counts. That background doesn't leave you. It shapes how she negotiates, how she listens, and how she protects every client (and agent) she represents.

Today she leads the AGR team from her 160-acre home in the Bitterroot Valley, where she and her husband Matt, a retired deputy sheriff with 14 years of service, are raising three daughters and over 30 animals.
This land isn't just where she works. It's where she lives.
