Where's your favorite spot to check out the holiday lights? Downtown Hamilton has some showstoppers. There's even a home at 1296 Hamilton Heights in Corvallis that puts on a wonderful display of lights.

On my bucket list is visiting the Leavenworth Holiday Lights in Washington some day as well!

If you're looking for places to give back, Haven House and the Bitter Root Humane Society are always looking for volunteers.

Did you know there's an outdoor ice rink in Florence? There's another in Missoula as well.

Did you know you can cut down your own tree in the Bitterroot National Forest? You just need a permit to do so. Find more info here.

New listings increased only by 1.4%, whereas in September it was 12.7% from 2021
Pending sales declined 46.4% (whereas September was 18%)
Closed sales declined by 20.3% (whereas September was 35.1%)
Days on market increased by 100% to 82 days (where as September was 83 days)
Median sales price is up by 33.8%, but percent of list price received is 96.6%
