This One Is Personal — Why Serving Heroes in the Bitterroot Valley is at the Heart of Aspen Grove Realty

Updated: May 29

Aspen Grove Realty proud military, law enforcement, and first responder supporter

Service runs in our blood. And it's personal for us and why we serve heroes in the Bitterroot Valley.

Heather Lupton, broker and team lead of Aspen Grove Realty, grew up in a law enforcement family.

Her father gave 34 years of his life to the badge. Her mother worked for the Probation Department. Her grandparents also worked for the Sheriff's Office.

Following in their footsteps felt natural, and as a young adult Heather began her career working for the Probation Department, Supervised Own Recognizance, volunteered for their Search and Rescue Unit, and then eventually became a Correctional Deputy serving nearly five years at the Sonoma County Sheriff's Department in California.

Her husband Matt is a also retired deputy sheriff with 14 years of service.

Service is not a concept to us. It is our family.

A Team Rooted in the Same Values

That spirit extends across our entire team.

Susana Moore's husband is a retired law enforcement officer.

Sam Moulding's brother served in the U.S. Army.

Dana Rosanelli's husband is a Marine Corps veteran, and was also in law enforcement.

Kali Hinrichs' husband is a Marine Corps veteran, including combat deployment overseas.

Our newest AGR agent, Tony Martignoni, also served as a law enforcement officer as well.

When we say we understand what it means to serve, we are not speaking in marketing language. We are speaking from experience sitting across the dinner table from the people who wore the uniform.

How We Give Back Today

For years we made a direct donation to law enforcement and first responder organizations with every closing as our way of saying thank you.

That commitment has evolved into something with an even more direct and lasting impact on the heroes we serve.

Today our team participates in the Homes for Heroes program through our own Kali Hinrichs, the only affiliate in the Bitterroot Valley. Rather than donating on your behalf, we put the savings directly in your hands. Qualifying heroes can receive up to 30% back from buyer agent compensation at closing, with an average savings of approximately $3,000 per transaction.

It is our way of honoring your service by making Montana homeownership more accessible for you and your family.

Who Qualifies

Veterans, active duty military, reservists, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, healthcare professionals, and teachers all qualify for the Homes for Heroes benefit.

If that is you, we would love to connect you with Kali.
